Business Accounting Role:

The Business Accounting Associate will support the Plant Controller in various business accounting activities, including invoicing, reconciliations, and credit control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issuing invoices to clients and managing cash flow
  • Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
  • Performing bank reconciliations and managing ledgers
  • Liaising with external parties, such as clients and suppliers
  • Carrying out daily stock counts and accruals processing
  • Preparing monthly VAT submissions and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Providing weekly and monthly financial reports

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in accounting or credit control
  • Proficiency in SAP Business 1/Hana and Microsoft software
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
