We are seeking skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Support Associates. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of adults with mental health support needs.

As a Personal Support Associate, you will provide person-centered care and support in all aspects of daily life, facilitating a wide range of activities that promote independence and well-being.

The ability to communicate effectively and engage positively with individuals who may exhibit challenging behaviors is essential. You must be able to work collaboratively within a consistent and mutually supportive team ethos, adhering to agreed guidelines and protocols.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with local managers to book shifts in advance, taking into account your availability and preferences. You will also be offered shifts on an ad-hoc basis, allowing for flexibility and autonomy.

To be successful in this position, you must be willing to actively embrace all aspects of the role, including support with personal care and domestic tasks. You should also be able to promote and encourage opportunities for individuals to participate in community activities, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging.
