About the Role
As our new Office Manager, your duties will include building strong peer relationships with colleagues and aiming to grow and develop the business further. Daily duties may include identifying training needs and support, performing various admin tasks, and supporting HR and accounts when required.

You will also be responsible for sending enquiries, conducting health & safety checks, ensuring all files are accurate, supporting with bids, taking phone calls, and setting up insurances. Additional responsibilities will include diary management, booking meetings, arranging appointments, and organizing travel arrangements.

To succeed in this position, you will need experience in team management ideally within a similar industry, along with experience of project delivery and operational system development.
