About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Neuro Rehabilitation Services team at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our clinical services, ensuring high-quality patient care and driving service improvement initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to take on a challenging leadership role, working closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement quality improvement projects
  • Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, allied health professions)
  • Registration with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Significant postgraduate experience in neuro rehabilitation
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
