Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Administration Specialist to join our team in East Lancashire. This is a challenging and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive organization, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to our General Practitioners, ensuring the efficient management of clinics and enabling them to focus on patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sorting and prioritizing clinical post for the GP, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Extracting information from clinical letters and adding it to patient records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Completing forms and documents, adhering to guidelines and protocols.
  • Liaising with external agencies, providing support to the GP with patient care.
  • Assisting with immunizations, wound care, and other clinical tasks, promoting patient safety and well-being.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional development within our organization.
