About the Role

We are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Burnley, where we provide outstanding homecare to several service users in the area. As a skilled member of our team, you will be working with individuals who require support with personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, and clinical interventions such as Tracheostomy Care, Ventilation Management and PEG Care.

Our highly skilled team of Registered Nurses will provide full training on clinical competencies, which are tailored to each of our individual service users. We do not require you to have existing skills in these areas, but rather a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.

As a Healthcare Assistant with us, you can expect:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £14.00-£16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Flexible hours to suit your needs, including days and waking nights up to 12 hour shifts
  • Confirmed rotas to ensure stability and work-life balance
