  • Company Overview: We are a large integrated healthcare organisation providing high-quality acute secondary healthcare to the people of East Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen.
  • Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Job Description: As an SLT Clinical Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for providing specialist clinical leadership and expertise to our SLT team. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet the individual needs of our patients.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Profession-specific degree/diploma or equivalent qualification
    • Registration with Health and Care Professions Council
    • Evidence of CPD maintained in a portfolio, including attendance at recent postgraduate courses relevant to the clinical service area
    • Evidence of management and/or leadership development/training
    • Involvement in Special Clinical Interest Group
    • Evidence of working at MSc Level
