Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Guest Experience Manager to join our team at Conrad London St James.

This individual will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional guest experiences, while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Guest Relations & Duty Manager team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Design and implement tailored VIP guest experiences, incorporating guest preferences and needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of leading teams in a 5-star hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions quickly.
Salary

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
