VIP Sales Director

We're seeking an exceptional VIP Sales Manager to spearhead the launch and success of our brand-new VIP Club Experience at Ministry of Sound. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for filling the VIP space on over 100 nights per year, combining your passion for sales with skills for strategic partnerships to ensure the space thrives.
You will build relationships with premium brands and influencers, collaborate with businesses and concierge services, and establish a network that attracts and retains an engaged and diverse VIP audience.
With a focus on nurturing this community, you will create unforgettable experiences that embody the energy of a 90s cultural renaissance and deliver on our promise of a No Velvet Rope ethos. This role involves curating seamless and exceptional experiences at every touchpoint, from booking confirmation to departure, while managing and inspiring a top-performing VIP team.
