Retail Luxury VIP Business Manager

Emilia Wickstead is seeking an accomplished Retail Luxury VIP Business Manager to spearhead our VIP sales operations and drive revenue growth within our luxury retail environment.
This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of the luxury market, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver a personalized and memorable shopping experience at an elite level.
Key Accountabilities:
- Nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and develop a deep understanding of their preferences.
- Drive sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue from VIP clients, setting and monitoring sales targets to ensure goals are met and exceeded.
- Organize and execute high-end in-store events and international trunk shows, private client showings, and exclusive experiences to foster customer engagement.
- Identify and attract new VIP clients through networking, referrals, and industry contacts, proactively engaging with high-net-worth individuals.
- Ensure that all VIP customers receive world-class service, anticipating their needs and offering bespoke product recommendations and experiences.
- Manage and mentor a small team of sales associates, fostering a high-performance culture and providing training on VIP sales techniques and luxury service standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the brand's luxury product offerings and act as an expert in product knowledge to provide clients with insightful and tailored advice.
- Track and report on VIP sales performance, client acquisition, and satisfaction metrics, creating CRM tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector, with a proven track record in VIP sales management and building relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
- Sales Expertise: Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with high-profile clients.
- Event Planning: Experience organizing exclusive events and experiences for luxury clientele.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the luxury market and product categories, such as fashion, made to order, and bespoke services.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management systems and sales reporting tools.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations with poise, ensuring client satisfaction in all scenarios.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate VIP clients' availability.
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
