About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Brunning & Price Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our busy pub, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Basic knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
