About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to join our management team. As Assistant Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, helping to ensure the smooth running of our busy pub. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service
- Welcoming and looking after customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Team Management
- Helping to train and lead our lovely bar/waiting team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service.
- Service Management
- Managing busy services, including food and beverage operations, to ensure seamless delivery and high standards.
- Event Management
- Running special events, including deciding on beers, gins, and wines to serve, and creating engaging experiences for our customers.

About You
We are looking for someone with experience as an assistant manager or assistant restaurant manager within a gastro pub, restaurant, bar, hotel, or elsewhere in the hospitality sector.
