We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Kitchen Manager to help us realize our culinary aspirations.


Responsibilities:
Food Preparation & Culinary Excellence:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes, ensuring consistent excellence in food production.

Kitchen Oversight:
Supervise the food preparation process and manage your designated kitchen sections during service, upholding high standards at all times.

Health & Safety Compliance:
Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining superior food hygiene standards.

Inventory Management:
Manage ordering and stock rotation to guarantee the kitchen is well-supplied with fresh ingredients.

Passion for Quality Ingredients:
A true enthusiasm for working with fresh produce and crafting high-quality dishes.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a comparable role, showcasing the ability to manage kitchen sections and effectively support a team.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene are consistently met.
A collaborative mindset to work within a team, assisting colleagues, and fostering a positive kitchen atmosphere.
Possession of L1 & L2 Food Safety Awards.
A minimum NVQ Level 2 in Catering is required.
