- Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
- Maintenance of a customer-focused approach.
- Experience with ServiceNow is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including some out-of-hours and weekend work.
