Job Summary

The Deltra Group is seeking a skilled Critical Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations, you will be responsible for managing major system failures and ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Incident and Problem Management processes to identify and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to resolve complex IT issues.
  • Provide clear guidance to the Incident and Problem Management teams.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of core processes to ensure seamless integration.
  • Participate in out-of-hours, on-call Major Incident Management as part of a rota.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in Major Incident Management with strong diagnostic skills.
  • Proficient in analyzing technical information to resolve incidents swiftly.
  • Deep knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Effective handling of complex IT issues.
  • Skilled in risk management and post-incident reviews.
