Incident Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Incident Management Specialist to join our team at Pay Limited, a leading provider of payment systems in the UK. As an integral part of our Fraud Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of our Authorised Push Payment (APP) Refunds and Confirmation of Payee (CoP) platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Incident Management: Oversee the entire incident management process for Fraud Operations systems, identifying, investigating, and resolving incidents affecting APP Refunds and CoP platforms in a timely manner.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related incidents, maintaining open communication with stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, and internal teams.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis for major incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences and ensure continuous service availability.
- Service Management: Develop, maintain, and execute incident management playbooks to guarantee rapid and effective incident resolution, ensuring that all services meet performance standards.
- Platform Monitoring: Continuously monitor and maintain the availability and performance of APP Refunds and CoP platforms, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
