Job Title: Incident Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Incident Management Specialist to join our team in EU Trust and Safety. As an Incident Management Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating claims with different levels of severity, conducting deep dives on data from various internal systems, and proposing remedial actions based on investigation findings.

About the Team

The Amazon Logistics EU Deliver Service Partners (DSP) team owns all EU-wide initiatives aimed at addressing workplace-related escalations involving Amazon Partners and their employees. Our team provides EU Amazon Logistics community with knowledge, short and long-term strategies to drive improvement and delight drivers and DSP stakeholders while protecting customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate claims with different levels of severity;
  • Conduct deep dives on data from various internal systems;
  • Propose remedial actions based on investigation findings;
  • Manage assigned casework and close investigations by meeting expected quality and SLAs;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Fluent English and German (written and verbal communication);
  • Experience in Excel, data analysis, and reporting;
  • Experience in managing stakeholders in medium-large organisations;

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Bonus Information

This role is open to candidates with additional EU languages, experience in managing projects, improving processes, risk/incident management dealing with simple to medium-complex investigations, and SQL, scripting, and/or coding experience.
