Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Professional to join our team at Globe Business Media Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the legal industry, including General Counsel and Chief Legal Officers.
- Negotiate and manage complex sales deals with global clients, ensuring successful procurement processes.
- Collaborate with our Marketing and Content teams to provide valuable market feedback and insights, shaping the future of our products.
- Occasional travel to client sites, events, and conferences within the territory.
- Provide prospects with detailed proposals, product demonstrations, and consultations, in person or online.
- Accurately report internal administration, including CRM activity logs, sales pipeline forecasting, and monthly reports to management.
- At least 3 years of B2B New Business sales experience using a defined sales methodology.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in hitting targets and managing multi-stakeholder sales.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask, prioritize, and respond quickly.
- Highly proficient in MS Office and CRM systems, with experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Sales motivated, team-focused attitude, and willingness to collaborate with peers, product management, and internal key constituents.
