Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a friendly, passionate, and energetic receptionist to join our team.
First impressions are everything, and you will set the tone for every guest's stay. With a genuinely warm welcome, you'll be ready with answers to any questions and be able to offer information about hotel services, facilities, and the local area.
You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guests visiting to use our restaurants, bars, and meeting rooms.
You must have a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.
Ideally, you will have experience working within a branded hotel environment, but this isn't essential, and full training will be provided.
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required.
