As a Client Success Executive - Renewals, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a campaign of commercial clients and renewal results within defined accounts, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the entire contract renewal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Proactively manage client relationships, gathering essential information and documentation to enable Altus Group to maximize client savings opportunities.
  • Expectation Management: Clearly communicate processes and timescales to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Relationship Building: Build rapport with clients to identify opportunities to renew current client contracts and cross-sell other Altus Group services, where appropriate.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, reflecting any changes correctly.
  • Opportunity Identification: Seek renewal and referral opportunities for other Altus Group services to ensure all client savings avenues are explored.

Key Qualifications:

  • Positive Attitude: Engaging, assertive, and bringing a positive energy to your role.
  • Customer Focused: At least 12 months of telephone-based customer service experience, understanding the importance of excellent client service.
  • Experience: Ideally, previous experience in a telephone-based renewals or retentions role, with experience of cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to engage in conversation and earn trust.
  • Goal-Oriented: Motivated by delivering outstanding service and achieving targets.
  • Excellent Communicator: Exceptional telephone manner and ability to compose professional emails and reports.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools.
