Altus Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Success Executive - Renewals to join our thriving Client Success team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our business clients, ensuring seamless contract renewals, and maximizing client savings and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Proactively manage a portfolio of commercial clients and renewal results within defined accounts, providing trusted advice throughout the contract renewal lifecycle.
  • Expectation Management: Clearly communicate processes and timescales to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to identify opportunities to renew current contracts and cross-sell other Altus Group services, where appropriate.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, reflecting any changes correctly.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify renewal and referral opportunities for other Altus Group services to ensure all client savings avenues are explored.

Requirements:

  • Positive Attitude: Engaging, assertive, and bringing a positive energy to your role.
  • Customer Focused: At least 12 months of telephone-based customer service experience, with a strong understanding of excellent client service.
  • Experience: Ideally, previous experience in a telephone-based renewals or retentions role, with experience of cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to engage in conversation and earn trust.
  • Goal-Oriented: Motivated by delivering outstanding service and achieving targets.
  • Excellent Communicator: Exceptional telephone manner and ability to compose professional emails and reports.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools.
