About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Unique X. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, including their features and benefits.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and other teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on client usage data, health indicators, renewal dates, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, IT, and Support teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant role, preferably in the advertising technology field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of advertising technologies, quick learner, friendly and professional, excellent written and oral English skills, strong documentation skills, clear and patient training skills, accomplished presenter, analytical and logical ability to understand client internal workflows.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
