About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Professional to join our team at Favourite People. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their goals are met, and helping them maximize the value of our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • SaaS Onboarding and Support: Provide technical support and assistance with system setup and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.
  • Client Retention and Upsell Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive client retention and upsell our SaaS platform to existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Experience with SaaS platforms or related technologies is highly desirable.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience in account management, project management, or customer success is essential.
  • Communication and Organization Skills: Strong communication and organization skills are required to manage multiple client relationships and priorities.
