Customer Success Manager

- Privately owned London based SaaS solution focussed on advocacy across the company workforce.
- 2-Year plan to become a market leader in the Employee Communication space with a major focus on both UK and US growth

The Opportunity:
Joining a small, but globally spread CSM team, you will take ownership of 40 Tier 2 accounts with a book value around £1.4mil ARR.
This is a role focussed on engagement and adoption, and whilst you will work towards retention and account growth, the commercial responsibilities will be covered by the Account Manager. This enables you to completely focus your time on client goals
But it won’t be easy
Whilst a fantastic proposition, utilised by brands across the globe, the solution is not business critical and so value at every touch point is critical
As a scaling business and a developing team, the role needs someone ready to come in with high energy and ideas. You’ve got a chance to help develop and refine what excellent customer success looks like
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of Customer Success Experience, managing enterprise level accounts.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced, scaling SaaS business.
- Social media savvy.
- A well-versed approach to high touch, customer management. You will regularly engage with your clients and provide value with every interaction.
- Data savvy and able to tell a story to create value.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- The desire to learn and improve. No ego’s here
- A team player Support the team, learn from the team, be part of the team
- Experience of working within a HR, Brand or marketing decision makers.
The Package :
- A base salary up to £45k.
- Option to work remotely anywhere in the world* for 4 weeks.
- Hybrid setup, with 1 day in office a week, plus a monthly office "all hands" meeting.
