We're seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team at Oliver James Associates Ltd. in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a collaborative and innovative organisation that values career progression.
About the RoleAs a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring continuous support for customers, building strong connections and relationships. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure effective and efficient onboarding, providing general administrative and project support, including helping with the database.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accuracy of databases and documentation
- Work towards taking on more responsibility within the Project and Account Management space
- Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer experiences
You might be a recent graduate or have some experience in a Housing Association or Local Authority organisation. You must be a commutable distance from our offices for 2-3 days a week.
