About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organisation in the industry, driving growth and success through exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide continuous support to customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure effective onboarding and efficient customer support.
  • Offer general administrative and project support, including database management and data accuracy.
  • Contribute to the development of consistent messages and feedback from customers to inform product development.
  • Identify sales leads and pass them onto the Sales team for follow-up.
  • Take on additional responsibilities within the Project and Account Management space, driving growth and success.
