Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow existing customer relationships.
- Deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs, including touch-in calls, account reviews, and commercial conversations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new customers and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Produce regular reports and forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies.
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B software account management or customer success role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
