Role Overview
We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of customers and partner with them to understand their current and future business goals and challenges. This role involves becoming a trusted advisor to key stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points.
- Provide product expertise and training to customers to ensure they get the most out of our platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Ability to leverage data to inform and execute strategies that drive customer growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Passion for building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Empathy and active listening skills to understand customer needs and pain points.
