We are searching for a Customer Success Executive to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team, to take on full responsibility for converting sales leads into customers for our **CircleLoop** product & supporting them along the way. But before you think “Urgh, not outbounding” - don’t worry, there’s no cold-calls in sight here... We only want to speak with customers who are genuinely interested in our product to help their business grow.

**What will you do day to day?**
- Making contact with customers during their initial 7-day free trial of our product via outbound calls. This must be achieved in a friendly and professional manner for our customers and partners.
- Outbound calling should be second nature and circa 60 outbound calls per day will be expected, alongside the ability to update our internal CRM in a timely and accurate manner (don't worry - none of these calls are cold calls)
- Use our CRM and sales support software tools including Hubspot and our internal CRM Super to assist customers and utilise these to enhance the customers onboarding experience (full training will be given)
- Achieve agreed KPI targets both individually and as a team.
- Work on a hybrid basis with the option of home working and office working for team sessions

**Wh**at is CircleLoop?
Reporting into our Sales Manager, Imogen, this Customer Success Executive role will see you working with CircleLoop - our next-generation business phone system. Released in 2016, CircleLoop is a modern SaaS business telephony app that casts aside clumsy cables, clunky hardware and complicated connections. Instead, providing an experience that is completely self-service, easy to set up and best of all - packaged in powerful desktop & mobile apps to unleash customers from the dreaded desk phone

**What skills will I need?**

- Ideally 1+ year experience in a sales / customer service role.
- Great communication - you thrive on building strong relationships and our customers will just LOVE speaking with you.
- Empathy and understanding - to assist customers and troubleshoot issues, to get the best out of using the CircleLoop product.
- Ability to use a range of questioning techniques, including listening and responding to ensure the product is understood and the right solution for the customer.
- Logical and methodical problem-solving skills.
- An understanding of Cloud based telecommunications & the telecoms industry is desirable.
- You’ll be friendly and outgoing by nature.
- Highly organised - with the ability to work using your own initiative.

Full product training on CircleLoop will of course be provided
