The Opportunity:


Reporting into C-suite, you will lead a team of 2 with a book of c.£2mil ARR and drive customer excellence.


With a focus on account retention and growth your role will be to drive these outcomes through your team whilst supporting with more complex implementation projects and larger new revenue opportunities.


This is a real chance to form what great Customer Success looks like as the team builds and the processes and strategies you implement, take hold.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Success Team Lead or Head of role.
  • Experience of managing large / enterprise accounts, ideally in the FS or other highly regulated sectors.
  • Experience of managing a small team of direct line reports.
  • A proven track record of driving retention, minimising churn and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in a commercially focussed role such as account management or sales. Alternatively, a CS role with emphasis on account growth is workable.
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced, scaling SaaS business.
  • A team player Support the team, develop the team and help them flourish.


The Package:

  • A base salary up to £70k plus a £50k OTE bonus.
  • Hybrid working - Manchester.
