Over the next twelve months, we expect to double the size of our team and expand our reach with new products, new markets and new sales avenues. We’re looking for individuals that share our passion for high quality products and with a keen aptitude to help us drive this business to the next level

**About the Role**

The Customer Success and Office Administrator is a key role in the team, holding a far reaching range of responsibilities, and will suit somebody who thrives on being busy. This role is for an individual that is comfortable carrying out a variety of tasks with exceptional interpersonal skills and time management and the duties will include:

- Greet visitors to site making them feel welcome and notifying the relevant parties of their guests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer feedback flagging anything serious or repeating to be reviewed by the management team.
- Day-to-day administration tasks as issued by the management team which could include: data administration, purchasing, sales administration, invoicing and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain the office in such a way that we are ‘always ready’ for last minute meetings.
- Take a pro-active approach and assist the business in areas outside your specialism as required.

We are looking for a pro-active individual with a passion for customer service. You will be comfortable reacting quickly to changes and issues and put the customer at the heart of what you do. You will show empathy and compassion where needed but maintain a positive outlook when speaking with people both internally and externally.

Your skills/experience:

- Minimum one year in customer service (essential)
- Excellent written and spoken English (essential)
- Strong computer literacy (essential)
- Experience working within finance systems at a basic level (preferable)
- Data processing skills (preferable)

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
