As a Client Success Executive - Renewals, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible outcomes from their contracts. Your primary focus will be on managing a campaign of commercial clients and renewal results within defined accounts, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the entire contract renewal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage client relationships to identify opportunities for renewal and cross-selling of Altus Group services.
  • Clearly communicate processes and timescales to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Build rapport with clients to gather essential information and documentation, enabling Altus Group to maximize their clients' savings opportunities.
  • Keep client records up to date and accurate, reflecting any changes correctly.
  • Seek renewal and referral opportunities for other Altus Group services to ensure all client savings avenues are explored.

Key Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude, engaging, assertive, and bringing a positive energy to your role.
  • Customer-focused, with at least 12 months of telephone-based customer service experience.
  • Experience in a telephone-based renewals or retentions role, with experience of cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Ability to engage in conversation and earn trust, with exceptional telephone manner and ability to compose professional emails and reports.
  • Comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools.
