Altus Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Success Executive - Renewals to join our thriving Client Success team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our business clients, ensuring seamless contract renewals, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Proactively manage a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring timely and effective contract renewals, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Altus Group services.
  • Expectation Management: Clearly communicate processes and timelines to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding throughout the contract renewal lifecycle.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to maximize their savings opportunities.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, reflecting any changes or updates.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue renewal and referral opportunities for other Altus Group services, ensuring all client savings avenues are explored.

Key Qualifications:

  • Positive Attitude: You are engaging, assertive, and bring a positive energy to your role.
  • Customer Focused: With at least 12 months of telephone-based customer service experience, you understand the importance of delivering exceptional client service.
  • Experience: Ideally, you will have previous experience in a telephone-based renewals or retentions role, with experience of cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Relationship Building: Your ability to engage in conversation and earn trust is second to none.
  • Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by delivering outstanding service and achieving targets.
  • Excellent Communicator: You have an exceptional telephone manner and can compose professional emails and reports.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools.
