Altus Group has an exciting opportunity for a Client Success Executive - Renewals to join our thriving Client Success team in Manchester. As a Client Success Executive - Renewals, you will provide a professional and effective service, supporting business clients throughout the contract renewal stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Proactively manage a campaign of commercial clients and renewal results within defined accounts.
- Expectation Management: Clearly communicate processes and timescales to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with clients to identify opportunities to renew our current client contracts and cross-sell other Altus Group services, where appropriate.
- Data Accuracy: Keep client records up to date and accurate, reflecting any changes correctly.
- Opportunity Identification: Seek renewal and referral opportunities for other Altus Group services to ensure all client savings avenues are explored.
Key Qualifications:
- Positive Attitude: You are engaging, assertive, and bring a positive energy to your role.
- Customer Focused: With at least 12 months of telephone-based customer service experience, you understand the importance of excellent client service.
- Experience: Ideally you will have previous experience in a telephone-based renewals or retentions role, with experience of cross selling and up selling.
- Relationship Building: Your ability to engage in conversation and earn trust is second to none.
- Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by delivering outstanding service and achieving targets.
- Excellent Communicator: You have an exceptional telephone manner and can compose professional emails and reports.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools.
