Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Success Renewal Specialist to join our thriving Client Success team in Manchester.
The successful candidate will provide professional and effective service to business clients throughout the contract renewal stage, gathering information to ensure that Altus has a full knowledge of the client and their property.
This will enable us to deliver great outcomes and maximise client savings and revenue earned during the lifetime of their contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather essential information and documentation from small to medium-sized business clients to enable Altus Group to maximise their clients' savings opportunities.
- Clearly communicate processes and timescales to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.
- Build rapport with clients to identify opportunities to renew current client contracts and cross-sell other Altus Group services, where appropriate.
- Keep client records up to date and accurate, reflecting any changes correctly.
- Seek renewal and referral opportunities for other Altus Group services to ensure all client savings avenues are explored.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 months of telephone-based customer service experience.
- Ideal previous experience in a telephone-based renewals or retentions role, with experience of cross-selling and up-selling.
- Able to engage in conversation and earn trust with clients.
- Motivated by delivering outstanding service and achieving targets.
- An exceptional telephone manner and ability to compose professional emails and reports.
