Altus Group (UK) Limited is seeking a highly motivated Renewals Sales Executive to join our Client Success team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a professional and effective service to our business clients throughout the contract renewal stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a campaign of commercial clients and renewal results within defined accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire contract renewal lifecycle, gathering essential information and documentation from clients to enable maximum savings opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate processes and timescales to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Build rapport with clients to identify opportunities to renew current contracts and cross-sell other Altus Group services, where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate client records, reflecting any changes correctly.
  • Identify and pursue renewal and referral opportunities for other Altus Group services to explore all client savings avenues.
