Altus Group is seeking a skilled Renewals Sales Executive to join our Client Success team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our business clients throughout the contract renewal stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage a campaign of commercial clients and renewal results within defined accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire contract renewal lifecycle.
  • Gather essential information and documentation from small to medium-sized business clients to enable Altus Group to maximize their clients' savings opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate processes and timescales to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Build rapport with clients to identify opportunities to renew our current client contracts and cross-sell other Altus Group services, where appropriate.
  • Keep client records up to date and accurate, reflecting any changes correctly.
  • Seek renewal and referral opportunities for other Altus Group services to ensure all client savings avenues are explored.
