Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewals Sales Executive to join our Client Success team in Manchester. As a Renewals Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing a professional and effective service to our business clients throughout the contract renewal stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage a campaign of commercial clients and renewal results within defined accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire contract renewal lifecycle.
  • Gather essential information and documentation from small to medium-sized business clients to enable Altus Group to maximize their clients' savings opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate processes and timescales to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Build rapport with clients to identify opportunities to renew our current client contracts and cross-sell other Altus Group services, where appropriate.
  • Keep client records up to date and accurate, reflecting any changes correctly.
  • Seek renewal and referral opportunities for other Altus Group services to ensure all client savings avenues are explored.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and ability to engage in conversation and earn trust.
  • Customer-focused with at least 12 months of telephone-based customer service experience.
  • Experience in a telephone-based renewals or retentions role, with experience of cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by delivering outstanding service and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communicator with an exceptional telephone manner and ability to compose professional emails and reports.
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using MS Office and ability to quickly learn new tools.
