As a Client Success Executive - Renewals, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible outcomes. Your primary focus will be on managing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing proactive support throughout the contract renewal process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Expectation Management: Clearly communicate processes and timelines to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Relationship Building: Identify opportunities to renew existing contracts and cross-sell other Altus Group services.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, reflecting any changes.
  • Opportunity Identification: Seek renewal and referral opportunities for other Altus Group services.

Key Qualifications:

  • Positive Attitude: Engaging, assertive, and positive energy.
  • Customer Focused: Proven experience in telephone-based customer service, with a strong understanding of excellent client service.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a telephone-based renewals or retentions role, with experience of cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage in conversation and earn trust.
  • Goal-Oriented: Motivated by delivering outstanding service and achieving targets.
  • Excellent Communicator: Exceptional telephone manner, with the ability to compose professional emails and reports.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools.
