Commission-Based Sales Director

We're seeking a driven, results-focused Sales Director to join our team at The Ninja Group. This is a unique opportunity for ambitious sales leaders to build something extraordinary from the ground up and create their own sales empires.
In this role, you'll have the potential to transition into a Chief Revenue Officer position as we expand our business. Your estimated base salary will be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus commission. We offer a hybrid remote work setup based in Stoke-on-Trent, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while working collaboratively with our team.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies for scaling sales, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company. Previous experience selling professional services is essential for this role, and excellent communication skills are also required.
