Regional Sales Director Opportunity
Smartsearch Recruitment is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our regional sales team in achieving exceptional growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering commercial success and developing high-performing teams.

About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary range of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus car allowance and benefits including private medical and pension.

The successful candidate will be responsible for steering the strategic direction of the region, guaranteeing a balanced scorecard for sales and operations, and managing key accounts effectively to achieve exceptional levels of customer service.

The role requires a people leader who is passionate about developing people and creating a high-performance culture, with a proven track record of delivering operational excellence and spearheading significant commercial growth.

A strong proficiency in P&L management, including budgeting and financial reporting, is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and expansion.
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive improvements.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
