Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers across the aftermarket.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive aftermarket.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work arrangements.

• Competitive salary (£50,000 - £70,000 per annum)
