Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Field Sales Account Manager to join their team in Stoke. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through account management, new business development, and relationship-building.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing company, offering a competitive basic salary up to £37,000, with uncapped earning potential and a realistic OTE of £60,000 in Year One. The role includes comprehensive training, a £5,000 car allowance, and rapid career advancement opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales or account management, with a strong B2B sales ability and excellent communication and negotiation skills. They must also be self-motivated, driven to succeed, and confident in making cold calls and asking for names of decision-makers from reception.
