Sales Operations Director

Fort Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency that specialises in placing candidates into senior roles within the sales and commercial sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Operations Director to join our team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the internal business systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across sales and commercial teams. They will also provide training, troubleshooting, and maintaining best practices for CRM usage.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, or a similar role. They must also have a relevant qualification in business, finance, management, or a related field.
The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a highly competitive salary plus annual bonus, a fully expensed company car, and 25 days' holiday per year (plus 8 Bank Holidays).
