
Agricultural Sales Director

Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Agricultural Sales Director to join our team. As a Technical Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing business activities throughout the Northwest of England and North Wales region.
Salary: £45,000 - £58,000 basic salary, with potential earnings exceeding £75,000 on target. A competitive compensation package including a company car, pension, laptop, mobile phone, credit card, and bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts and develop new business in the region
- Report all sales and quotation activity on a monthly basis
- Collaborate with internal sales engineers to provide technical support
- Develop relationships with customers and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
- External sales experience from an associated sector (mechanical seals, rotating equipment, pumps, valves)
- Mechanical Engineering Background or equivalent qualification
- Full knowledge of rotating equipment and mechanical seals highly beneficial
