Key Account Sales Leader

Sales leaders with a proven track record in professional services sales are sought to spearhead new business development and drive revenue growth for The Ninja Group, a company providing fractional CFO, payroll, bookkeeping and credit control services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute scalable sales strategies
- Lead and grow a high-performing sales team
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the company
The ideal candidate will have previous experience selling professional services and a strong background in leadership and sales strategy. This is a full-time opportunity based in Stoke-on-Trent with hybrid remote work options.
Salary and Benefits:The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate can expect a range of benefits including equity partnership opportunities and commission-only sales incentives.
