Sales Growth Executive Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Executive to join our team in Michael Page (UK). In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalise on them.

Our client is a market leader in the design, development, and distribution of high-quality homewares and electrical appliances. With decades of experience, it partners with some of the most recognised brands in the industry, as well as fostering innovative, own-label product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the e-Commerce Directors to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary in the range of £42,500 - £45,000 per annum.
  • Additional pay including bonus scheme and commission pay.
