Sales Growth Executive

As a Sales Growth Executive at Stoke City Football Club, you will play a vital role in driving the Hospitality and Events business forward. Your primary objective will be to proactively reach out to potential customers, securing new business opportunities and growing existing relationships to ensure retention, upselling, and maximisation of all opportunities through our commercial portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with clients, maximising all sales opportunities through a consultative approach to sales and account management.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects, introducing our products/services and explaining their benefits.
- Negotiate terms of sales, agreements, and close sales with customers.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by department manager.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve objections to encourage purchases.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to engage and build rapport with customers. Proficient IT skills are essential, and previous sales experience is desirable.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
