Your Role

We are looking for a skilled Territory Sales Lead to join our sales team, reporting directly to the UK & Ireland Sales Manager. You will be responsible for driving business growth across the Midlands region by developing and executing sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

What We Offer

You can expect a salary range of £42,500 - £50,000 (depending on experience) plus commission incentives, company car or allowance, and comprehensive ancillary benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers across the Midlands region.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales plans and meet targets.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team performance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales development and business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
