Job Title: Business Development Manager

At Allied Insulators Ltd, we are seeking a highly ambitious and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive the continued growth of our business and ensure its long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve agreed sales revenue and margins, prepare quotes and tenders as necessary
  • Identify market opportunities, take full responsibility for driving sales and work with the current directors to develop a sound business growth strategy for future success
  • Take complete P&L ownership and maintain a focus across operational functions of the business to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
  • Develop mutually beneficial relationships, internally and externally, and gain trust at all levels
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports to Directors
  • Identify and arrange participation in marketing events such as exhibitions and technical forums

Requirements:

  • Financially and commercially astute with a track record of delivering and exceeding agreed targets
  • Experienced in budget and report writing at a senior level
  • A strong leader, with excellent people management skills and the ability to motivate others
  • Pragmatic with an energetic, persuasive and engaging personality
  • A resourceful solutions provider with an entrepreneurial flair
